This article was valuable to my research as it discussed topics like that globalisation isn't a new thing but also introduced new ideas to me when the author writes "The world revolution that is globalization in some measure threatens the security of every people on the globe”. For example, with the infringement of these religious and traditional cultural values by Western Capitalists, values such as the attainment of wealth often contradicts what Islam allows as a means of wealth accumulation." I never thought of globalisation in the sense of it threatening the security of people however it is an idea that is relevant to my research. (Khaled 2007)
